Sound Bath Meditation

These monthly offerings begin with a short, gentle movement practice, followed by a themed guided meditation and an immersive sound bath featuring a wide variety of instruments.

Thai Yoga Bodywork and Restore

The ultimate space to unwind. Held in an intimate, small-group setting on floor mats, this session alternates between deeply relaxing Restorative and Yin postures and hands-on bodywork. Thai Yoga Bodywork beautifully combines acupressure and yoga to create a truly restorative experience.

Head, Neck, and Nidra

Join Serafina for a pampering experience featuring yoga, self-massage, and meditation. In this workshop, you will learn the anatomy of stress in the upper body and practical ways to reduce tension. We utilize Gua Sha stones, yoga props, and specialized tools to release tight muscles in the jaw and neck. The session wraps up with movement, breathwork, and an indulgent guided meditation to completely melt your stress away.

Yoga and Myofascial Release

Join Serafina for a fun, informative, and therapeutic yoga class focusing on common imbalances in the shoulders and hips. You will learn to release tension using tennis balls, blocks, and targeted yoga postures, ending with a guided relaxation that will leave you walking away lighter and with more ease.

Chakra Flow & Cleansing Stick Making

Clear out stagnant energy and make room for good vibes! This two-part workshop begins with a chakra-balancing yoga flow led by Serafina. Afterward, join Jess Zack to craft your own custom botanical smudge stick to take home and cleanse your personal space.
